Since November 1, the PAYPER subsidiary in Mexico, Tecnología de Ensacado PAYPER SA de CV, has new facilities to meet a double objective: to improve customer service and increase the effectiveness of the PAYPER group in Central America.

The new headquarters, located in the Balvanera Industrial Park in Santiago de Querétaro (Mexico), allows the storage capacity of bagging and palletizing spare parts to be quadrupled. Thus, positioning the PAYPER subsidiary in Mexico not only in commercial and after-sales service but also as a distribution center for rapid supply in Central and North America.

The new offices also promote teamwork and greater collaboration between departments to streamline all internal processes. The implementation of digital and audiovisual online communication tools facilitate interaction with collaborators and clients like never before.
